We're Bitscale, a small but mighty team based in Gurgaon, India. We're all IIT Kanpur grads with about 5 years of experience each, having worked at big companies like JP Morgan and HSBC, and startups like Nanonets and Citymall. We're passionate about using AI to help businesses grow and we're looking for someone awesome to join our team!

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Marketing Lead who can take charge of our marketing efforts and help us make some noise in the industry. You'll be the brains behind our marketing strategy and the hands that make it happen.

What You'll Do

• Lead our B2B SaaS outbound marketing efforts to reach potential customers
• Create a killer content marketing strategy and make it happen
• Come up with creative ideas to get our name out there
• Work closely with the founding to understand our product and customers
• Analyse what's working and what's not, and adjust our strategy accordingly
• Manage our social media presence and engage with our audience
• Collaborate with the team on growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working in B2B SaaS preferrable in Marketing roles.
• Someone who's both a big-picture thinker and a get-it-done doer
• A creative mind who can come up with fresh ideas to market our AI solutions
• A person who's comfortable with data and can use it to drive decisions
• Someone who can write engaging content for various platforms
• A team player who's excited about working in a small, dynamic environment
• Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the tech or AI space, is a big plus
